Pramod Saxena is the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Oxigen, India's first and largest single point payment solution provider for a large bouquet of services. A Chemical Engineer from IIT-Roorkee, Pramod Saxena worked in various capacities spanning over 33 years and largely associated with DCM Group, Essar Group and Motorola. His rich and varied experience spans telecom, BPO, steel, petro chemicals and fertilizer industries where he held responsibilities for acquisitions and mergers, setting up green field projects, forming joint ventures and managing business operations.

As a part of senior management team of Essar group for over 10 years, he has been responsible for many business ventures. He was the President (Continental India) for Motorola Inc. from 1998-2004 and as the Executive Director, Asia Pacific Global Telecom Solutions Sector, Motorola India, he led Motorola to be the leading cellular (GSM & CDMA) infrastructure provider in the region with 40 per cent market share.

Last year, Oxigen crossed total annual gross transaction value of Rs 5,500 crore. Oxigen is hopeful that in the current year, it will touch Rs 8,000-crore mark.
