Ashok Reddy is currently the Managing Director and Co-founder of TeamLease Services, India�s leading staffing solutions company. Prior to this, he was the Co-founder of India Life Hewitt (currently Hewitt Outsourcing Asia), which was India�s first HR BPO firm and went on to be Asia�s largest. He started his career in investment banking in Mumbai.

Ashok Reddy graduated from Shriram College, Delhi, and got a management degree from IIM Bangalore.
