An entrepreneur, innovator and civil engineer mainly operating in the building materials space. I'm the founder of GreenJams Infrastructures LLP, a construction based startup founded in Visakhapatnam, India with a vision to integrate the built environment with the natural environment. We are the Indian pioneers of hempcrete, a building material made from the stalks of the hemp plant and a lime based binder. In our mission to lower the carbon footprint of built environments, while utilising crop residues, we have also created Agrocrete, an innovative, carbon-negative building material that utilises agricultural wastes of fibre crops. I also hold degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Science. Along with running GreenJams, I'm also pursuing a PhD from AcSIR at CSIR-Central Building Research Institute (CSIR-CBRI), Roorkee.

Yash Kotak is the Co-Founder & Director, Business Development,Communication, Boheco & Boheco Life.With a mission to reimagine the future of Indian agriculture and sustainable living, YashKotak, along with his college mates, developed BOHECO, taking the nine-thousand-year-old Wonder Crop of the Himalayas, Cannabis, and transforming it into a channel that Powers the Future.
Each of the 7 co-founders then went on to develop a core skill in correspondence to the functional role that theywould take on in the company.
Kotak pursued a Master’s in Management with majors in Advertising and Communication, followed by a. Year long stint at premier media investment company, GroupM. He now has nearly nine years of corporate expertise and has received several accolades, including the title of Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 -Top Influential Global Youth Marketing Professional. Additionally, BOHECO has received the Ashoka Fellowship, INK Fellowship, Rajeev Circle Fellowship and ET Power Of Ideas Award, among others.

Harshaavardhan Redi Sirupa is a Serial Entrepreneur and Business Strategist based in Bangalore, with more than 14 years of experience in business consultation and operations. He is the Co-Founder and C.E.O at Namrata Hemp Company (NHempCo).

Harshaavardhan Redi Sirupa,after 7 years of research on hemp, together with his wife, Mrs. Namrata Reddy Sirupa, founded NHempCo in 2016. With his vast experience from setting up and running companies, he heads the managerial and research aspects of NHempCo. The years of experience in research on the Hemp and its topography has enabled him to be one of the industry leaders and speakers.He is an excellent negotiator, leader, and policymaker in all matters related to NHempCo’s operations.

Prior to starting out as an entrepreneur, Mr. Sirupa worked as an external consultant for many start-ups and helped them form their business strategies. He was working as Executive Director of Operations at Sirupa Projects, a Bangalore-based Real Estate Builders & Construction Firm run by his family. Before joining his family business, Harshaavardhan founded KnowPro Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a KPO,specialised in automation in retail industry and cancer therapies based on the stem cells research in 2007. Since 2009, Mr. Redi has involved in cannabis / hemp research from developing Hemp specialised machinery, process, hemp product development.

Harshaavardhan Redi Sirupa holds a M.B.A degree in Global Business Strategy from Dowling College, NY, USA. His vision is to create a Hemp ecosystem where farmers, business, locals and the government work in harmony and making the agriculture sector profitable and the consumer products that are environment friendly.

Mr. Rohitt Sharrma, Founder and President of the Indian Industrial Hemp Association (IIHA) He is working for over & years in the field of Industrial hemp-based Economy development in India and across borders. This includes Industrial Hemp Fiber, Nutrients, Oil, Medicines, biomass feedstock, Insulation, Eco- Construction material, bio-based plastics and composites.

The focus of his work is market analysis, and ecological evaluation as well as the political and economic framework for Industrial Hemp-based processes and applications (“level playing field for industrial material use”). As an executive officer of Indian Industrial Hemp Association (IIHA) & Hemp Pharma Pvt Ltd Mr. Sharma, a Partner and Member of European Industrial Hemp Association (EIHA)”Ad-hoc Advisory Group of Industrial Hemp Europe (2015-2016).

He is also member and partner of various “Expert Group on Hemp-based Products”, Member of the WASME (India) 2013 PHD Chambers (India) 2015 and many others.

Having been a part of the Hemp industry since 2012, Elston Menezes, together with his partner Benson Martis, formed B.E Hemp India with the intention of creating awareness on the numerous benefits of growing and cultivating Hemp. What started out as a social idea eventually became a business focused on procuring and sourcing the most affordable and finest quality Hemp products.

Elston, through B.E Hemp India, has collaborated and coordinated with numerous Hemp suppliers around the world, ranging from our very own country, to Nepal, U.S.A and Europe, and has helped open up new markets for Indian and foreign Hemp suppliers.

With business slowly settling down, Elston also looks to other pursuits in order to fulfill his creative drive. He's currently working on a fantasy graphic novel, and collaborating with a fashion designers who are highly interested in the versatility of Hemp fabric.
