Amit is General Partner at Cactus Venture Partners, an early
growth stage venture firm investing in technology and consumer
start-up.
Amit has over 14 years of experience working in financial services
and venture capital. Prior to Cactus Venture Partners, he was founding member of eWTP
Arabia Capital- a MENA-focused venture capital fund backed by marquee investors such as
PIF and eWTP Capital. He also led India investments for eWTP Capital– a venture capital
fund backed by Alibaba Group. Amit is also founding member of Ganesh Ventures– a small
venture capital fund backed by China-based investors focused on Indian market. His
expertise include deal sourcing, investment analysis, strategic evaluation, transaction
negotiations, structuring, legal documentation and post-investment management.
