Akhil has years of experience in Private Wealth Management. He is an entrepreneur who started a company called ALPHA CAPITAL in 2009 which is a boutique setup that serves the needs of high-net-worth and affluent individuals, families, businesses, trusts and charities. The company presently manages 1200 crores of investment in various investment products.

Akhil has done his MBA in finance & LLB after completing B.Sc. with specialization in Maths from Delhi University. Akhil is also in the Board of Directors of BDS Institute of Management & Technology, where he heads the finance committee of non-profitable society - DKS SikshaPrasarsamiti. He also aspires to bring financial competence in Tier 2 cities, where awareness about investments is limited.

Lovkesh is a seasoned investment banking and corporate finance professional with 13 years of rich deal making experience
Before setting up the IB Division at CA, Lovkesh was the founder of WisdomHill Capital, a Boutique Investment Bank. Previously, he worked with Jindal Steel and Power Limited, India’s metals and mining major, leading its corporate treasury. He started his professional career with SBI Capital Markets Limited, where he advised leading Indian corporates in their capital expansion programs. He has combined fund-raising experience of more than USD 5 billion and has advised his clients on several major deals

Yash Kotak is the Co-Founder & Director, Business Development,Communication, Boheco & Boheco Life.With a mission to reimagine the future of Indian agriculture and sustainable living, YashKotak, along with his college mates, developed BOHECO, taking the nine-thousand-year-old Wonder Crop of the Himalayas, Cannabis, and transforming it into a channel that Powers the Future.
Each of the 7 co-founders then went on to develop a core skill in correspondence to the functional role that theywould take on in the company.
Kotak pursued a Master’s in Management with majors in Advertising and Communication, followed by a. Year long stint at premier media investment company, GroupM. He now has nearly nine years of corporate expertise and has received several accolades, including the title of Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 -Top Influential Global Youth Marketing Professional. Additionally, BOHECO has received the Ashoka Fellowship, INK Fellowship, Rajeev Circle Fellowship and ET Power Of Ideas Award, among others.

Akhil Shahani is the Managing Director of The Shahani Group, which runs a range of colleges in areas like business, media, real estate, finance and others. His colleges incorporate global industry oriented education systems that make their graduates truly employable. He is also a Venture Partner in Kaizen Private Equity, which is India’s first private equity fund focused solely on the education sector. In addition, Akhil serves as the Chairman of Global Discovery Schools, which are a franchised chain of 14 innovative schools.

Akhil’s work in the non-profit space is also extensive, he is on the advisory board of Unltd India & IDOBRO, which are two incubators supporting social entrepreneurs. He is the Director of the SAGE Foundation & Trustee of The Shahani Trust, which both have a range of charitable initiatives in education. Akhil sits on the board of 28 iconic colleges in Mumbai.

He has completed his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Chicago & is currently pursuing his PhD from the University of Liverpool, where his thesis is in the area of Student Employability.

Akhil is the recipient of many awards for his work in education like the Jamnalal Bajaj Award, Bharat Shiromani Award, PIMR Outstanding Educationist Award, Rex Karamveer Chakra Gold Award, the Bharat Gaurav Award and the Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award among others. He is a regular speaker at conferences and has been extensively profiled in the media.
