Being an Education Management professional with experience of over 2 decades in the education sector, he realizes the needs and pain points of the students and is here to make first-rate education available for everybody, irrespective of their social tratification or geographical location.

Since the inception of his career, he has delved into educational projects with solid expertise in strategic planning, systems development, culture and value mapping, change management, brand building, marketing, people management, resource management, and cost optimization. He joined Bangalore based Jain Group of Institutions in 2000 as an Executive and was promoted as Chief Operations Officer for establishing a private university in Raipur, Chhattisgarh in 2003. After working for six years, Yeshwanth pursued MBA in Education Management from University of Southampton, UK in 2006-07.
Yeshwanth is the Co-founder of Strategum Eduserve Private Limited, India's leading education management company. Since 2009, they offer project management services for the establishment and management of new preschools, K-12 schools, colleges and universities in India. In the past, they have established over 75 educational institutions, mainly K-12 Schools, managing investments of over Rs. 1100 Crore.

Yeshwanth has been conferred upon the distinguished U.K. Alumni Award India in the Business and Innovation Category (Finalist), and also the Global U.K. Alumni Awards, chosen out of thousands of applications across all U.K. universities.

Yeshwanth has incessantly been a visionary and in June 2020, he co-founded 21K School - India's first Online School. It gives him an opportunity to offer quality education above and beyond overcoming the challenges of access, equity and even affordability. With 21K School, Yeshwanth’s vision is to encourage and provide the new generation of learners with the first-rate learning tools for a well-rounded, meaningful and joyful education.
