Dr. Sachin S. Vernekar, Dean – Faculty of Management Studies, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) & Director Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development, Pune has had an illustrious career as an Academician. He has more than 35 Years of teaching experience to Doctorate and Post Graduate students. His research interests are Marketing, Human Resources Management & Entrepreneurship Development. He has to his credit two major projects and forty seven minor projects. He has published 74 research papers in National and International Journals. He has been a key speaker/Chairperson in more than 100 conferences and Seminars. He has organized more than 300 conferences/workshops/seminars/MDPs/FDPs etc., in India and abroad. As member of the expert committee of AICTE/UGC/DEC/NBA etc., he has visited more than 400 reputed Institutions pan India. He is recipient of the Best Academician Award (Amity University) in 2005, International Speaker Award (Rapport, Bangladesh) in 2006, Bharati Vidyapeeth Seva Gaurav Puraskar in 2014 and Maharaja Yashwantrao Holkar Award in December 2014.
