In a careerspanning over twodecades, Anish has workedwith and consulted for marqueeorganizationsacross the industryspectrum, drivingtheir roadmaps of business transformation. As the CEO of Sodexo BRS India since 2019, Anish has overseen the launch of new digital solutions and ledsignificant business growth, bothorganic and inorganic. Beforejoining Sodexo, Anish spent 4 years as the CEO of Mercer India, duringwhich time heled the company on a journey of strong revenue growth and portfolio expansion, including key strategic acquisitions of investmentadvisoryfirm India Life Capital and online assessment startup Mettl.

Prior to that, Anish spent 16 yearswith the Capgemini group in a number of different leadership rolesacross management consulting and technology transformation, including as the India business consulting leader between 2011-14. He has a B.Techdegreefrom IIT Kharagpur, and has completedhis MBA from IIM Calcutta. In hisspare time, Anish likes to write fiction, and has publishedtwo thriller novels.
