A business management professional with 18+ years of experience in banking and financial services, Thakur Bhaskar has successfully led business and product management function for several financial products and their distribution across large distribution channels from manufacturer as well as distributor side over the years. On the product/business management front, Thakur has been responsible for launching new products and developing and implementing strategic plans for business growth, efficiency optimization and transition to digital journey for customers (DIY) as well as distribution channels. On the sales front, he has acquired and successfully managed various distribution channels across markets; recruited and led large teams of diverse employees across sales and product functions, delivering business results and creating distribution capacities in both physical and digital space. Thakur has an extensive understanding of financial liability products, digital journeys and platforms, their sales processes and rich experience in distribution of financial products in both retail and niche segments.
