35under35 - Awards Judging Process

All entries are first reviewed by the Awards staff to ensure that eligibility requirements are met, that entries are formatted properly in order to go forward to be judged, and that entries have been submitted in appropriate categories.

Determination of Winners by the Jury

Judging will be conducted in first week of February 2020. Judges will be recruited who are authority in understanding the structure ,composition of MSME’s and will be assigned to category groups by Awards staff, based on their industry, function, and experience. Judges will be profiled on the awards website and will also be invited to join the exclusive Awards evening.

Each entry will be reviewed and rated by no fewer than 3 judges to judge those entries. Rating will be done on a scale of 1-10 along the following Parameters -

Judges will be provided with the following criteria by which to rate entries.

1. Rate the quality of the Following portrayed by the nomination
-Sustainable quality of business
-Potential for growth and job creation
-Innovative practices
-Use of technology, Digitization
- Proven track record in sales
- Clear and focused approach to growth
- Clearly identified target market
- Shown good customer Service
-International Expansion
-Marketing Initiatives

Scale 1-10, with 1 as low and 10 as high

2. Rate the usefulness of the supporting materials attached to this entry, in helping you to understand the innovation(s) portrayed in the entry. (Choose 0 if no supporting materials are attached.) Scale 0-2, with 0 as low and 2 as high

The average scores of judges will determine the winner in each category.

THE AWARDS EVENING

The Award winners will be informed 2 - 3 days prior to the Awards Evening and announced Publicly at the awards banquet.
