Mr. Sanjib Jha is an internationally networked management professional with over 16 years of experience in business planning, mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring, negotiation, portfolio management, management information systems and financial accounting. He is currently the CEO of IntelleGrow, a venture debt fund lending to small and medium enterprises. IntelleGrow - a part of the Intellecap ecosystem - is involved in projects all over India, across sectors such as waste water recycling, clean energy solutions, low cost irrigation, rural healthcare, rural electrification and non-credit financial inclusion among others.

Mr. Sanjib leads IntelleGrow's efforts to provide innovative, timely and responsive debt that will catalyze environmental and social impact. He also serves on the boards of Arohan and IntelleGrow. Before IntelleGrow, Sanjib was heading the Corporate Affairs and Finance divisions for IntelleCap and its group companies. He also spearheaded IntelleCash's Arohan acquisition, which was the first major acquisition in the Indian microfinance industry.
