His capacity to plan strategically, coupled with his operational competence has been helping this industry veteran to spear head the business growth of Green Dust Pvt. Ltd. His deep understanding of technology and the unique ability to connect the dots from strategy to tactics have been instrumental in transforming the company into India�s leading reverse supply chain company. In addition, his immense knowledge on the reverse supply chain space also played a pivotal role in the success of the company.

Prior to starting the venture, this industry veteran has contributed immensely to the growth of the OEM Business of Microsoft India. Before joining Microsoft, Hitendra worked with some of the industry leaders like Ernst & Young, A.T. Kearney Management Consulting and Exxon.

An IIT graduate, he completed his MS in 1993 and took his Master�s degree in 1995. He also has a taste for wine and an adventure sports enthusiast with a license to fly the Cessna.

He is actively associated with �Muskaan�, an NGO for intellectually disabled children and also dedicates his time to Angel Flight of Texas (transporting patients to medical centers by air).

As a leader, he firmly believes that the company�s best assets are the employees and he aims at building a workplace that has a DNA that respects diversity, work life balance, performance, and cross group collaboration.
