Devendra Shah is the Chairman of Parag Milk Foods, popularly known as Gowardhan. The company was established in 1992 and today it is one of India's largest private dairies with an output capacity of 2,000,000 litre per day.

Shah is currently the overall head of the organisation, providing strategic inputs for growth. He is responsible for setting the vision and mission and is actively involved in R&D, product innovations, packaging and setting international standards of quality. He created the organisation from scratch and developed it as one of the most modern and formidable dairy companies including building one of Asia�s largest cheese manufacturing plant with capacity of 40 MTs per day.

His interest lies in helping farmers of the region in developing their farm economics and imparting knowledge and technical skills related to animal husbandry, crop management, milk production, marketing of farm produce and co-operative formation.

Among the awards won by Shah includes Successful Industrialist � By E-TV- "Sanvad" in 2008, "Maharashtra Udyog Bhushan"- the Govt. of Maharashtra in 2010. He was also nominated for Maharastrian of the Year Award by Lokmat in 2011.
