Aradhana is the Founder and Managing Director of Manya Education Private Limited (MEPL) which is the largest operation of The Princeton Review (TPR) outside the US and provides Study Abroad Test Preparation, Overseas Admissions Counseling, Language and Communication Training services. Manya has also partnered with QS which is the leading global enterprise for university fairs, rankings and publications. Aradhana is also a Co-Founder and Partner of Trivium Education Services Limited which offers outsourcing services in assessment development, e-tutoring, online scoring and grading & content support to education companies globally. Further, she serves on the board of Radiohms Agencies Limited (RAL), which is one of India's most prominent FMCG, Solar & Consumer Appliances product marketing companies. Aradhana holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the illustrious Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a Fellow of the fourth class of the India Leadership Initiative of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. In addition to her mainstream career, Aradhana has been instrumental in initiating an after-school computer literacy program for children living in the slums of Okhla, New Delhi in association with the NGO Literacy India and is actively fund raising for the Indian chapter of the Aspen networkWhen she is not working, Aradhana likes to spend time with her family and nature; she enjoys reading too. Meditation, yoga and spiritual pursuits are some things that keep her centered. People see her as a good hearted, fun loving, spiritual and eager person.
