Vatsal Kanakiya is Principal and CTO at 100X.VC. 100X is an early stage venture fund investing the first cheque in bootstrapped startups based out of India. 100X has invested in 130+ startups in the 4 years since inception.

Vatsal has led 45+ investments for 100X.VC across sectors from Consumer Brands, Consumer Social, B2B Enterprise SaaS, Devtools, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing, IOT, AI, Web3, etc. Some startups led by him include Bluelearn, Avair Sense, CashBook, and Zupay

He works actively with 100X founders on Tech + Product, GTM, Narrative building, and Fundraising. Vatsal is also partner at his Family Office Mehta Ventures. Through the family office, Vatsal has been part of 70+ investments across the world including Heart Aerospace, Memfault, CoinDCX and more. Vatsal advises 2AM VC on Web3 Investments as a Venture Partner.

Previously, Vatsal worked as a software engineer at Morgan Stanley and a Joint Venture between MIT Media Labs and LV Prasad Eye Institute for Biomedical Devices. Vatsal completed his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University.
