Vaibhav Khandelwal received his Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Delhi in 2012. He is Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer of Shadowfax, India’s largest on-demand crowd sourced 3rd party logistics platform. The only B2B2C platform with capabilities to serve multiple end-customer categories-quick commerce, intercity, e-commerce fulfillment and reverse logistics via a single platform.

Under his leadership, Shadowfax has been able to establish a strong identity for itself by positively disrupting the last-mile delivery ecosystem. He is pro-technology and believes that adoption of smartertechnologiescansolvecomplexbusinessandsocietalproblems. Shadowfax deploys tech-enabled solutions like ML and AI to offer supply that keeps pace with demand in the fast-growing and challenging last mile ecosystem, ensuring a wonderful end-user experience.
