As the Managing Director and Country Manager at Planview Inc., she spearheads digital transformation efforts for a diverse global clientele of 4,500 institutions while also driving growth and new products and solutions from India in the Indian market.
In her prior role as a Global Product Management Leader at Broadridge, Shalini adeptly oversaw a diverse array of product portfolios spanning Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Retail, and Investment Management. Her distinguished career is marked by her exceptional ability to build thriving industry ecosystems, drive product leadership, and implement effective change management strategies. She has worked with large banks especially on the biggest merger with Chase Manhattan Bank, J.P. Morgan & Co., and Bank One.
As part of Broadridge she was instrumental in designing and launching products and platforms as BPS or brokerage processing system for equity trading which was 1st of its kind across 200+ countries globally as its was a platform for all national exchanges and banks, broker dealers. She was the product owner and creator of a large multi $1,000,000 platform called GPT N Global Post Trade Management which continues to be the next Gen product for Broadridge. This platform essentially was something that could help you trade anything, anywhere in any format and volumes wise it helped about 6 to $7 trillion worth of transactions on a daily basis with over 10 banks and 60 to 70% of market volume going through platform
