Pushparanjan (Ranjan) Malajure is the Senior Leader for MMC Technology and Leader (interim) for Marsh McLennan Global Services (MMGS), he has been with the firm for close to 14 years, and has over 25 years of overall experience. He has been instrumental in setting up the technology team within MMC and growing it to team of over 1000 technology professionals. Ranjan set up the JLTs Technology team in India and was the global application leader for JLT, when JLT was acquired by MMC. Since 2019, Ranjan is helping set the MMC Technology team in India. Ranjan has also help set the Pune center and scaling it up.
Ranjan has enabled transition from over 800 vendor resources to the team that we have set in the last 4 years , giving us an annual benefits of over $40M. When insourcing, its done in such a way that MMC wide Centers of Excellence are built. He has enabled CoEs for CRM; Data; Digital Marketing, to name a few. Over the last few years, Ranjan has helped to build the PPM and MPower product development teams for MMC Technology. Before Marsh McLennan, Ranjan was part of Xchanging (now part of DXC) and NIIT Technologies. Ranjan was part of 2 Tech startup early in his career. He has a engineering degree and an MBA and he is a six sigma black belt from Singapore Quality Institute (SQI). Ranjan has worked and lived in 4 countries over his work experience.
