Magenta Mobility is founded by the dynamic entrepreneurs Duo - Maxson Lewis and Darryl
Dias. Magenta began the journey when EV was not very popular or even a recognized
acronym. Knowing very well that cleantech solutions in mobility and electric mobility itself are
the future, the co-founders were very closely studying how other parts of the world were
solving for it. They quickly realized that Magenta cannot cut, copy and paste those solutions,
and had to develop very India-specific solutions, because of the ’H’ factors called Heat,
Humidity, Harmonics, and Humans. Magenta firmly believes in developing Made in India,
Made for India mobility solutions.
The name ‘Magenta’ has a deeper meaning than just the name of a color. A close look at the
spectrum of colors made the founders actually think deeper about how the color magenta
makes the color ‘green’ look so good, soon to realize that Magenta is the most
complimentary color to green. The name ‘Magenta’ comes from there which makes ‘Green’
look so good. Hence, Magenta is right there, behind helping you go green and clean.
