His interest in diverse sectors has led him on a journey of growth across talent acquisition, HR management & commercial real estate. This exposure has helped him create great value through the companies he has founded, namely CareerNet, HirePro & IndiQube.
Rishi’s ventures were able to create an ecosystem that sustain 4000+ employees creating immense value to the employee community. His ventures were jointly able to provide services to 3000+ clients that include start-ups, offshore development centres, SMEs & enterprises thereby creating significant value to the corporate community. CareerNet was successful in placing 150,000+ candidates into their dream jobs & continues to add more every single day.
Through these ventures, in addition to transforming commercial real estate in India, Rishi pioneered the concept of collaborative campus recruitment and continues to play a very active role in fostering a strong industry-academia ecosystem in India. His balanced approach of empathy and business acumen is one of the many reasons that he has been invited to speak at many industry forums like NASSCOM, CII, FICCI and TiE – of which he was also a Charter Member.
IndiQube, Rishi’s latest venture, is set on the same path of growth, as a company much closer to his heart because it reaches out to fellow entrepreneurs and adds value to their growth journey. IndiQube, today, is one of the leading managed workspace providers in the country with over 6 Mn SQ.FT. of cumulative office space spread across 75+ properties in 11 cities. Despite the pandemic hitting the industry harder than most, Rishi’s conviction and risk-taking nature ensured that the company sails through, taking care of its employees, contract staff, landlords, clients and all the stakeholders, by standing firm, shoulder to shoulder. Numerous initiatives like forming a COVID-19 task force, spearheading vaccination drives, going aggressive on technology adoption, reimagining the product lines, embracing the Hybrid Workplace model, and venturing into Tier II cities, made sure that IndiQube thrives in the post COVID era and expands into new markets.
