Kshitij Khandelwal

Kshitij Khandelwal is the Co- Founder and CTO at Pixxel. Kshitij founded Pixxel along with his partner Awais Ahmed in 2019. Pixxel is the only startup from Asia to be selected for the first batch of 10 startups in Techstars Starburst Space Accelerator in Los Angeles.

Kshitij holds the Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Later, he proactively took-up the role of Teaching Assistant at BITS Pilani and was a Research Intern at Defence Research and Development Organisation prior to that.

He started off as a Research Intern at the Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), one of the establishments under the Defence R&D Organization (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India for developing feasible models of passive filters for microwave applications. In the year 2017, he was a part of Hyperloop India, a non-profit multi-stakeholder consortium of 60+ student volunteers & organisations interested in reinventing transportation in India where he worked as a Control Systems Engineer. During his graduation years at BITS Pilani, Kshitij also became an assistant teacher twice - Microelectronic Circuits and computer Architecture.
