Dharashree Panda

Dharashree is the Director, Sustainability at Flipkart. She joined the organization in January 2020 and is currently leading the development and implementation of Group-wide Sustainability strategy to deliver Flipkart Group’s ESG ambitions and make Flipkart Group a more sustainable organization.
Dharashree brings with her 15 years of experience across sustainability programs and has previously led various interventions towards climate change mitigation and adaptation in the supply chain including setting science-based Carbon targets, sustainable packaging, electric vehicle adoption and driving impact positive partnerships with global organizations. She has a deep understanding of sustainability practices and is passionate about sustainable development across all sectors.
Prior to Flipkart, she worked with global conglomerates like VF Corporation, Enviance and Global Footprint Network. She holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering and Industrial Ecology from the University of Michigan. During her leisure hours, Dharashree loves to travel and explore different cultures.”
