Vikas has two decades of experience in managing alternative funds, capital reorganization, business ownership, strategy planning, financial control/ management. He is experienced in unlocking shareholder value by structuring transactions and businesses. He has incorporated 3 alternative funds over last 6 years. He is a sponsor and investor in a Alternative Investment Fund and steered various exits from the investee Companies. He has experience of working with start-up's and building the strong team during growth process.

Currently, Vikas manages 18 Unitus group/ associated entities in and outside India. Apart from the above hats he wear, he also love to share my experiences and learning's through various public platforms with the intend to pass on as much information as possible.
