Jaspreet is a leading expert on Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Future of Work, and AI. He was recognised as the inaugural ‘Digitalist of the Year’ by Mint and SAP in 2017 and is a Partner and Chapter Leader of Singularity University. Until 2018, Jaspreet was the Chief Digital Officer of the $20bn Mahindra Group of Companies. Jaspreet continues to work with Mahindra companies, is an Advisor to ThoughtWorks, Findability Sciences (a Softbank investee Boston based AI firm), Adjunct Advisor to IDC. His digital transformation experience spans across Agritech, Real Estate, Next-gen Social Networks, Hospitality, Auto and Financial Services. Jaspreet is also a thought-leader in the Blockchain space in India, and he has built Proof of Concepts and products based on this technology. He is on the Advisory Board of Blockchained India, India’s largest Blockchain communityand has delivered a platform-leading TEDx talk on this technology. He has spoken at forums like Niti Aayog, IAMAI, NASSCOM, TiE, CII, FICCI, AIMA.

Entrepreneur
Jaspreet is the co-founder of UNQBE, a thought-leadership company in the Future-of-Work space which prepares future-ready organisations. He is also the Founder of Digital Matters, which does Advisory and Consulting work on Digital Transformation and Digital Technologies like AI, Blockchain, etc. Jaspreet is also an angel investor and executive advisor for StoryXpress and Hapramp Studio, among a few others.

Author and Writer
Jaspreet has authored the bestselling book ‘The Tech Whisperer: On Digital Transformation and the Technologies that Enable it’, published by Penguin Random House. His recent book is an Amazon Single, published by Westland, and is called The Immune Organisation: Future-Proofing Organisations from COVID-like Disruptions. He writes a fortnightly column with Mint, called Tech Whispers, on the future of technology.

Jaspreet is a Global Moderator and Educator for Harvard Global Publishing, the corporate education subsidiary of Harvard Business School, and the publisher of Harvard Business Review. He is a Scholar in Residence with the Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, ISB (Indian School of Business). He has also lectured and taught Digital Disruption and Transformation and Blockchain at Indian Institute of Managements, as well as the PGPX courses of leading US Business Schools.

Corporate and Educational Background
Jaspreet started his career with the Tata Group, as a part of the elite Tata Administrative Services. He was part of the team which started up Baazee.com (now EBAY India), a Regional Director at Microsoft India, and the entrepreneur-CEO of AskMe. Jaspreet is quite active across the tech start-up ecosystem, and has invested, advised, mentored and incubated many tech start-ups. Jaspreet is a Chemical Engineer and an MBA in International Business. He is also a three-time National champion in Brand Equity Business Quiz.
