He has been working on the design, development of complex large-scale applications. At Delhivery he leads the Technology and Data Science divisions, providing overall technical direction to the organisation and building a global technology and data platform to provide real-time insights for businesses and decisions support systems for logistics and supply chain players around the world.

Before Delhivery, Kapil worked at Sapient with Fortune 100 clients across multiple industries, including E-Commerce, Logistics, Financial Services, and Telecom. He also founded two start-ups - 11rupees and Contify.com.

Kapil is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and holds a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
