Dr. Rashmi Saluja is the Executive Chairperson, Religare Enterprises Ltd, with an administrative experience of more than 25 years. Dr. Saluja has led the organisation from the front, through challenging times, to build a strong and integrated financial services group. She also serves as the Chairperson and Managing Director at RFL, the MSE lending NBFC arm of Religare Group, and Non-Executive Chairperson of its other subsidiaries Care Health Insurance Ltd.(CHIL) and Religare Broking Ltd (RBL).
She is an MBBS, MD & MBA (Finance), LLB, PhD by qualification.
