Nishant Gupta is the Head of Sustainability at the Flipkart Group, with over 16 yrs of
experience
spanning across technology, businesses, ecommerce, general management and the
development sector. In his current role, he is leading initiatives which will enable the
Flipkart
Group to become a benchmark for environment conscious organizations.
Over the past 12 years that he has spent at Flipkart, Nishant has played a key role in building
several businesses, while laying down the foundation for multiple ecosystems including
Flipkart’s marketplace platform that has enabled growth for lakhs of MSMEs across India. Since
2021, he has also taken on a strategic role as a Social & Economic advisor to Walmart.org to
help enable market access to lakhs of smallholder farmers.
