Hitesh Rathi is the brain behind Aadvik Foods, India's first company to process, brand and market camel milk, and its products. As the Founder Director, Hitesh spearheads procurement, processing, finance, operations, and logistics for the brand.

After securing a B.E. degree in civil engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Hitesh worked with several leading engineering and construction firms including B&S Engineering Consultants, Punj Lloyd, P.E. Analytics and Parami Energy Holdings. However, his entrepreneurial spirit and mission to provide healthy and natural foods to the world led to the conceptualization of Aadvik Foods.

At Aadvik Foods, Hitesh focuses all of his energies on expanding the brand’s geographical reach and product portfolio as well as creating awareness about its value proposition. He envisions Aadvik Foods becoming the synonym for healthy and unique products such as camel milk and goat milk across the world. In his leisure time, Hitesh enjoys cooking and reading books. He hails from a Bikaner-based family and has two younger siblings.
