Ravi Mehta

Ravi is a Partner in the Strategy & Analytics consulting practice at Deloitte, and plays a key role in the Deloitte’s global executive committee of Robotic & Intelligent Automation. In this role, Ravi is helping craft Deloitte’s global strategy and positioning in the rapidly evolving area of Intelligent Automation and has played a leading role in developing innovative tools, frameworks and methodologies. He is an acknowledged industry thought leader in the area of Intelligent Automation and has authored articles and spoken at multiple industry forums on Intelligent Automation and its significant impact on the business and society. Ravi is passionate about helping his clients effectively leverage new-age digital technologies (such as RPA, Cognitive, Artificial Intelligence, Digital and Analytics) to re-imagine their processes to optimize costs and create unique and sustainable competitive advantage and unprecedented business outcomes.

Additionally, he has in-depth experience and expertise in helping companies develop, customize and implement successful global service delivery strategies to operate in an increasingly globalized world. He is specifically passionate about designing effective HUMBOT (Human + Robot) organizational models that leverage complementary capabilities of Humans and Robots to deliver new business outcomes. Ravi has advised many CXO level leaders of Fortune 500 clients on critical components of their business, operating and service delivery models. These include automation strategies, shared services strategies, sourcing strategies (including GIC and outsourcing), service delivery and location strategy, cost optimization, business model designing, performance measurement and metrics, process improvement and strategic program management. Furthermore, Ravi has led the development of innovative tools, methodologies and frameworks that have helped his clients to transform their business models and operations by optimally distributing and delivering the right type of work, at the right quality levels, at the right cost points, at the right time, from the right global locations. Ravi has authored multiple Point-of-View articles including an article on ‘The Future of Shared Services: The Role of GRID Operating Model’, and ‘NASSCOM: BPM 2020 Strategy Report for India’.
