Manoj has been a proud Blue Darter since 2017 and has been instrumental in introducingand developingthe Data Lake (BI) projectatBlue Dart.He played a key role in setting up the Analytics andData Science function in the organization.
As part of Blue Dart’s leadership team, Manoj focuses on Digitalization and its Impact on Customer Experience. The other key areas which Manoj oversees with his team are Process Optimization, Cost Management, Productivity Enhancementby using IT as an enabler to business.
Manoj has a rich experience of over 20 years across industries including FMCG, Healthcare, Consulting.In his previous stints, Manoj has held senior leadership positions at companies such as Abbott Healthcare, L’oreal India, Pepsi & Maricoto name a few. Manoj is known for his innovative technological skills and Go-to-Market-IT Solutions.He has been instrumental in delivering transformational projects in his previous roles in both FMCG and Pharma industries.
Manojholds an MBA from ICFAI Business School and a Masters Certification in Project Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. He is an Instrumentation Engineer (BE) from CEPN, Pune University.
