Manju Agarwal has been a career banker with over 34 years of experience in State Bank of India in leadership positions in India and overseas. She has worked extensively in Retail Banking including ‘P’ Segment, SME and Agri-Loans, Financial Inclusion, Customer Service and Operations.

She led SBI’s partnership with Reliance Industries Ltd. to set up Jio Payment Bank. She and her core team conceptualized and launched YONO, SBI’s Digital Bank, Financial Superstore & Online market place (one of its kind in the Industry). She led SBI’s Jan Dhan program during 2014-15.

She headed SBI’s debit card strategy; Merchant Acquiring business; Government business and Transaction Banking Business.

Currently she is Independent Director on the Board of Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd, Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd, IFFCO Kisan Finance Ltd, IndiaIdeas.com Ltd and Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd.
