Mrs. Jyoti Arora is an eminent member of Governing Body of CBSE and a recipient
of National Award to Teachers 2020 from Ministry of Education, Govt. of India and
CBSE Award to the Principal 2013 for her commendable effort in promoting
excellence in education. She an eminent academician , educationist and an able
administrator and has gained a high-flying position in society due to the exemplary
work she has pursued in her career .With her illustrious academic profile she is
educationally enlightened, technologically savvy and open to pedagogical changes
to create a positive and challenging learning environment. She has a dynamic and
versatile personality and is an ebullient source of energy to the people around her.
She is an active member of many reputed forum of Educations like Action
Committee, NPSC,FICCI , Rotary Club. She is the President of Indraprastha School
Sahodaya and Vice President of Delhi Sahodaya Schools Complex, which is a
complex of more then 120 CBSE Schools. She is of the view that in order to educate
the young generation in the present scenario, the facilitators should also be
regularly updated, trained and motivated. Only then there is a possibility to convert
the young generation into responsible, confident and self-reliant youth of the
country and her becoming the National Commissioner (Guides) of Hindustan Scouts
and Guides is a clear reflection of her pragmatic approach.
