Dr. Avantika Tomar is an Associate Partner in EY-Parthenon’s Education Centre of Excellence. She has strategy, talent and organisational consulting experience in India, Australia, Saudi Arabia and UK. Avantika is also a passionate academic with a focus on practical business learning; she has taught in MBA programs in several prestigious universities in Australia and India.
After 7 years of living in Sydney and London, Avantika has recently relocated to India to follow her passion in the education sector. She has served the Department of Education in Australia, and aims to bring key learnings and best practices to the Indian education sector. Her focus areas are K-12 and Higher-education, and she has a personal ambition to support policy related transformation that the sector needs, especially in her markets – India, Middle East, South East Asia, and North Africa.
