Raptee.HV T30 electric motorcycle completed a 7,530 km All-India ride in 19 days, showcasing long-distance EV capability through fast-charging infrastructure.

Electric motorcycle startup Raptee.HV said its T30 model has completed a 7,530-kilometre All-India ride in 19 days, a milestone officially recognised by the Asia Book of Records and the India Book of Records. The company described it as the first time an electric motorcycle in India has completed an All-India journey of this scale.

The ride was carried out by EV enthusiast Baala Manikandan, who averaged 407 kilometres per day  about 100 kilometres more than his previous electric rides. Raptee.HV attributed the performance to the T30’s CCS2 DC fast-charging capability, allowing access to more than 40,000 public DC fast chargers across India, typically used by electric cars.

During the journey, fast chargers enabled charging in about 30 minutes, while AC charging points took roughly an hour to reach 80% battery level. The company said the motorcycle’s battery health remained at 100% even after the demanding 7,500-plus-kilometre ride.

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Chennai, Raptee.HV was co-founded by CEO Dinesh Arjun, a former engineer at Tesla. The T30 is built on a high-voltage powertrain architecture similar to electric cars, with the company claiming fully in-house electronics development and 156 patents filed.

Raptee.HV has raised $5 million in pre-Series A funding and is working to close a $20 million Series A round. For future manufacturing expansion, the company has secured 40 acres of land at SIPCOT Cheyyar, reinforcing its push to scale production and long-distance electric mobility solutions in India.
