Oben Electric has achieved a significant milestone, announcing that its customers have collectively clocked over 3.2 crore kilometres on its electric motorcycles across India within just two years of its national rollout. The figure highlights the growing adoption of Oben bikes as a primary mode of daily commuting.
The cumulative distance has been recorded since early 2024 across the company’s Rorr portfolio—including Rorr, Rorr EZ, and Rorr EZ Sigma—spanning multiple cities, traffic conditions, terrains, and climates. States such as Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi account for a major share of this usage.
This widespread adoption has also delivered tangible economic and environmental benefits. According to the company, riders have collectively saved around ₹8 crore in petrol costs while reducing approximately 385 metric tonnes of CO₂ emissions.
To support consistent usage, the company offers its dedicated after-sales service platform, “Oben Care,” which includes 24×7 customer support, trained technicians, and an expanding service network across India.
Commenting on the milestone, Founder and CEO Madhumita Agrawal said the achievement reflects growing customer confidence in Oben motorcycles for everyday commuting needs.
The milestone comes amid strong growth momentum for the company. In CY2025, Oben Electric recorded a 376% year-on-year growth and plans to expand its retail footprint to 500 showrooms over the next two years. Its vertically integrated manufacturing facility in Bengaluru enables in-house development of key EV components such as LFP battery systems, motors, and vehicle control units, ensuring consistent product quality and reliability.
