Kia India has launched ‘Digital Passport’, a new feature that offers a complete, data-driven vehicle health report through the Kia Connect app.

Kia India has introduced a new feature called ‘Digital Passport’ aimed at making vehicle ownership more transparent and convenient for customers. The service is available through the Kia Connect app under the “New Services” tab and is priced at ₹399 (plus applicable taxes) for a three-month subscription.

The Digital Passport offers a secure, data-driven vehicle health report, providing customers with a comprehensive and reliable view of their vehicle’s lifecycle. It consolidates scattered vehicle-related information from multiple platforms into a single, easy-to-understand interface, enabling users to better assess their vehicle’s condition.

Commenting on the launch, Atul Sood, Senior Vice President (Marketing & Sales), Kia India, stated that the initiative reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing transparency and building customer trust through meaningful digital innovations.

The feature includes key details such as vehicle health score, service history, accident and repair records, driving insights, and warranty status. By bringing all essential data together on one platform, it simplifies vehicle management and provides a clear understanding of the vehicle’s overall condition.

Designed for today’s connected customers, Digital Passport strengthens engagement with the Kia Connect ecosystem while offering greater convenience, transparency, and peace of mind throughout the ownership journey.
