Indian electric commercial vehicle manufacturer EKA Mobility has opened its first all-range dealership in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, in partnership with Stellar Mobility. According to the company, the new dealership will strengthen its sales, distribution and service network across Northern India while supporting the adoption of electric vehicles in commercial transportation. The dealership is located in Bhauti, Chakarpur, Kanpur.
The dealership will offer EKA’s complete ‘Born Electric’ portfolio, including the EKA 6S, 3S and 3W Cargo electric three-wheelers, small commercial vehicles ranging from 1.5 tonnes to 3.5 tonnes, EKA 7M, 9M, 12M, Coach and Low Floor electric buses, as well as the EKA 55T heavy-duty electric truck. The facility was inaugurated by Dr. Sudhir Mehta, Founder and Chairman of EKA Mobility.
The dealership has been designed as a fully integrated 3S (Sales, Service and Spares) facility. It will provide vehicle sales, after-sales support, maintenance and spare parts, supported by trained technicians and dedicated workshops. Customers will also have access to EKA’s AI-powered fleet management platform, EKA Connect, which is designed to improve vehicle uptime and fleet management for commercial operators.
Dr. Sudhir Mehta, Founder and Chairman of EKA Mobility, said the opening of the company’s first dealership in Kanpur marks a step towards building a strong and accessible retail ecosystem for commercial customers in Uttar Pradesh. He added that EKA aims to establish more than 200 dealerships across over 20 states by FY27. The company currently operates three manufacturing facilities and is developing a new 47-acre plant in Pithampur, which will further expand its production capabilities. Collectively, the facilities are expected to support an annual production capacity of 10,000 buses, 24,000 SCVs and 4,000 trucks.
