Indian electric two-wheeler brand e-SPRINTO is set to launch a new high-speed electric scooter for individual buyers in October 2026. The company says the new model will be designed for families and daily commuters, with a claimed range of up to 130 km on a single charge.
According to the company, the upcoming electric scooter will focus on everyday practicality, performance and electric efficiency. It has been developed keeping Indian consumers and their daily mobility requirements in mind. However, the 130 km range is a company claim, and e-SPRINTO has not yet disclosed the testing conditions or method used to arrive at this figure. The company has also not revealed the scooter's top speed.
e-SPRINTO is currently keeping most details of the upcoming model under wraps. The company has not yet announced its features, design, pricing or availability. More information is expected to be revealed ahead of the October 2026 launch.
The new scooter will mark e-SPRINTO expansion into the business-to-consumer (B2C) segment, where products are sold directly to individual customers. The company has so far primarily operated in the business-to-business (B2B) segment, offering electric scooters designed for specific business and fleet requirements.
The company said it has been developing consumer-focused products alongside its B2B operations, using its market experience and understanding of everyday two-wheeler usage. The upcoming scooter represents a move from supplying electric vehicles for delivery fleets to serving individual Indian consumers and families.
e-SPRINTO said the launch is part of its broader expansion in India growing electric two-wheeler market. The company was founded by Vinod Gupta, Atul Gupta and Shalu Gupta and aims to build a long-term presence in the electric two-wheeler segment while supporting the shift from internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to electric mobility.
