BikeWo Focuses on EV Partnership with Commerce Forever

Electric mobility company BikeWo Green Tech Limited is renewing its focus on its existing strategic partnership with Commerce Forever. The move is part of the company’s broader strategy to build an integrated Energy & Mobility Infrastructure (EMI) platform. The two companies had entered into a strategic MoU in June 2025, under which they planned to deploy around 1,500-2,500 electric two-wheelers for last-mile delivery operations across Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and adjoining regions.

The partnership was initially focused on electric vehicle deployment and last-mile logistics. BikeWo is now expanding its capabilities across EV fleet operations, vehicle leasing, logistics and supporting infrastructure. According to the company, the Commerce Forever opportunity is aligned with its evolving EMI strategy.

BikeWo believes that a fleet of up to 2,500 electric two-wheelers could help create economies of scale across vehicle procurement, financing, insurance, charging, maintenance and fleet management. This could also improve asset utilisation and overall operational efficiency. The partnership covers EV deployment, rider onboarding, technology-enabled fleet management, route management and operational support for Commerce Forever’s B2B e-commerce supply chain network.

The company is also evaluating other strategic opportunities to strengthen its regional execution capabilities. These include the evaluation of Delhi-based PositiEV Mobility, which could complement BikeWo’s operational requirements for large-scale fleet deployments in North India.

BikeWo plans to pursue the Commerce Forever opportunity in a phased manner, with future vehicle deployments aligned with underlying demand, unit economics, commercial viability and capital allocation priorities. Hiten Pal Saklani, CEO, BikeWo Green Tech, said the potential deployment of up to 2,500 electric two-wheelers could provide the company with an opportunity to improve operational efficiency across procurement, financing, maintenance and fleet operations.
