Bijliride Scales to INR 45.6 Crore ARR, Reports 30% EBITDA Margin Amid Franchise Expansion
The electric mobility platform reports INR 3.8 crore in monthly rental revenue, operates 20 franchises generating INR 1 crore in combined monthly revenue for franchise partners and manages a fleet of over 6,000 electric vehicles for last-mile logistics.

Electric mobility platform Bijliride has reported an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of INR 45.6 crore, supported by monthly rental revenue of INR 3.8 crore, including earnings from its franchise network. The company has also reported a 30% EBITDA margin at the operational level, highlighting its focus on sustainable growth and unit economics.

The company attributed its financial performance to its asset-light franchise-led business model, which allows it to expand into new markets while enabling local entrepreneurs to participate in the growing commercial electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem.

Bijliride currently operates 20 fully functional franchises across its network. Together, these franchise partners generate approximately INR 1 crore in monthly revenue, according to the company. The model is designed to support regional expansion while creating business opportunities for local micro-entrepreneurs.

Franchise-Led Model Drives Revenue and Operational Growth

Commenting on the milestone, Shivam Sisodiya, Co-founder and CEO of Bijliride, said, “Scaling a mobility startup requires an absolute focus on unit economics rather than just aggressive cash burn. Hitting an ARR of INR 45.6 crore while maintaining a 30% EBITDA margin proves that our operational framework is fundamentally resilient. By generating INR 1 crore in revenue per month for our franchise partners, we are demonstrating that sustainable growth is achieved by building a profitable ecosystem that directly benefits the people operating on the ground.”

The company said its franchise-led approach helps it enter new geographic markets without relying entirely on a centralised operational structure. It also enables regional partners to build businesses around the growing demand for electric mobility solutions.

Over 6,000 Electric Vehicles Supporting Last-Mile Logistics

Alongside its financial growth, Bijliride has expanded its on-ground operations and currently manages a fleet of more than 6,000 electric vehicles dedicated to the last-mile logistics segment.

The company is focusing on strengthening its presence in the Northern Indian mobility market by providing electric vehicles for delivery and logistics operations. Its approach also aims to improve the daily earning opportunities of delivery executives through access to reliable, zero-emission vehicles.

With its growing fleet, franchise network and focus on operational profitability, Bijliride plans to further expand its footprint in the commercial EV market. The company is positioning its business around a combination of electric mobility adoption, local entrepreneurship and sustainable unit economics.
