Anshu Prasher is a Partner at Whiteboard Capital and joined the Fund in August 2018. At
Whiteboard Capital, Anshu focuses on early-stage investments and has spent over five years
collaborating closely with startup founders, helping them build successful companies by refining
their products and business models.
With a professional journey spanning over 18 years, Anshu began his career in Banking. Anshu
firmly believes in the value of founders needing more than just capital at the inception stage
and tries to provide time and resources to the founders to develop their ideas better. Anshu
believes that sharpening user-persona and articulating a clear need to exist is extremely
critical at the inception stage of a business. Anshu has helped founders develop a focused
approach towards their problem across various situations.
Prior to his tenure at Whiteboard Capital, Anshu held key positions at various organizations,
including Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, InnoVen Capital India Pvt Ltd, and Saama Capital India
Advisors LLP, among others. He earned his postgraduate diploma in Management from the Indian
Institute of Management Lucknow in 2006.
