Rajan Sethuraman

Rajan Sethuraman has a long history of working with people to drive organizational success both internally as LatentView’s former Chief People Officer, and in his previous role in the consulting business with Accenture and KPMG.
In his consulting career, Rajan gained deep knowledge in sectors including oil & gas, metals, forestry, and chemicals. His vision for the company is to maximize the value of AI and success for clients with a human understanding of their business needs, guided by expertise in CPG, financial services, technology, healthcare, retail and other core sectors.
Before joining LatentView, Rajan was Learning & Talent Development Lead for Accenture's Infrastructure Services business responsible for crafting and executing strategies in the areas of Infrastructure Transformation, Intelligent Cloud, Security and Infrastructure Operations. Rajan took his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and earned his M.B.A. from IIM, Calcutta.
