Milind Korgaonkar

Mr Milind Korgaonkar is Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Officer for Bajaj Electricals and a member of its leadership team. He leads the strategic direction and management of the enterprise technology systems that elevate Bajaj Electricals’ consumer and partner experience. In this role, Milind is responsible for the company’s technology roadmap driving multifaceted digital transformation agenda including data & analytics, automation with consumer centric solutions. With more than 25 years of executive management experience , Milind has consistently driven change by teaming with his business partners to rapidly deploy digital transformation. Prior to joining Bajaj Electricals in 2022, Milind served in leadership role at Godrej Consumer Products and Wockhardt UK driving technology strategies and leading transformation initiatives.
