He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with expertise in managing Soonicorn Ventures, an INR 250
Crore Angel fund registered with SEBI. With a portfolio of 40+ startups spanning various
sectors, he specialise in guiding investors through their angel investing journey, offering
support in due diligence and startup valuations.
He also co-founded an Investment Banking and Risk Advisory firm Nucleus Advisors which works
closely with Founders to help them in Financial Modeling, Investor Pitch Deck, CFO Support and
Fundraising.
Earlier worked for ICICI Bank as an Internal Auditor of Retail Liabilities Group.
