Siddhartha GondalCo-Founder, XYXX

Born and raised in Mumbai, Siddhartha Gondal is the Co-Founder of XYXX Apparels - a men’s premium lifestyle label. With over 14 years of experience in retail and e-commerce, business development, and team building under his belt, Siddhartha has been pivotal in XYXX’s robust retail expansion across the country and rapid growth.

With a Master in Business Administration - Strategy & Marketing from the Indian School of Business, Siddhartha started his career as a Business Analyst at Tata Strategic Management Group. Following this, Siddhartha joined Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd to manage retail and PnL for brands like Van Heusen and Allen Solly.
In 2020, he joined the XYXX team as Chief Sales Officer to further hone his knack for retail in India and result-oriented entrepreneurial abilities. Imbibed with finesse, expertise, and a keen interest in building the brand from the ground up to what it stands for today, Siddhartha currently holds fort for XYXX as the Co-Founder along with Yogesh Kabra.
Siddhartha has been pivotal in XYXX’s robust retail expansion and high growth trajectory in the last few years. Today, XYXX is present in over 16000+ touchpoints across the country, has been consistently ranked in the Top 3 innerwear brands on all major marketplaces and also has its own D2C channel- xyxxcrew.com. In 2022, XYXX launched its first three Exclusive Brand Outlets in India, with the aim to scale that upto ten in the current financial year. In May 2023, XYXX secures Series C funding of INR 110 Crore (approx $13.5 million) led by Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund.
