Sanket joined Lighthouse Canton in 2018 as the Head of Private Investments. He is responsible for the management and sourcing for investment opportunities in the Private Markets space.
Previously, he spent a couple of years in the Global Wealth and Asset Management division at Edelweiss Financial Services in India. Prior to that, he co-founded a fintech venture, WealthPack (later acquired by Edelweiss), which was a personal finance application aggregating customer’s accounts in real time and providing the customer a 360 degree view of their personal finances.

Before that, he was a founding employee and Head of Portfolio and Credit at X10 Financial Services, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) which provided supply chain financing to SMEs in India.
Sanket played an instrumental role in setting up the business and during his stint with X10, he led various initiatives including business development, forging co-lending alliances, product development, building alternative data based underwriting model and management of the loan portfolio. He has also worked with Desutche Bank and Edelweiss Financial Services.

Sanket received his degree in Bachelor of Engineering from University of Mumbai and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode. Sanket is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
