Pallav Kumar Singh is a Managing Partner at Sphiticap, an early-stage, India-centered, sector agnostic fund with an investment horizon of USD 500 Million over the next 8 years from the maiden fund. He is responsible for identifying, mentoring, fund deployment and phase-wise implementation for Sphitigram Ventures enterprise pipeline. He is also the key decision maker for day-to-day operations of the firm, such as hiring, creating teams and defining project timelines.
Mr Pallav Kumar Singh is an Aerospace Engineer by education and holds a diploma in Aerostat deployment and Operations. He has been actively working in stakeholder management, public policy and governance, consulting, think tanks, and start-ups for the past ten years. Mr Singh has been in the executive leadership team in several service aggregation and data sciences start-ups. In addition, he has been an active consultant to enterprises in several sectors, such as Healthtech, AI and ML, Fintech, and Agritech, among others. He has also worked as a consultant with a few of the country’s leading incubators.
Mr Singh was the National Head for Program Implementation and Outreach for India’s apex MSME think tank. Through this, he has been actively involved in several policy advocacy initiatives with the ILO, Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Rural Development, and Ministry of Labour. He has also worked in rural entrepreneurship and capacity building at the grassroots levels.
For the past three years, Pallav has been actively advising family offices, investment banks and venture capital funds for their investment overlay, fund management and governance practices.An avid foodie, Pallav also takes a keen interest in cooking, writing poetry, music and consuming content in various forms. At Sphiticap, Pallav aims to decentralize the enterprise revolution and technological integration into Tier 2,3 and at the grassroots level. He very firmly believes that these are two very essential things for holistic economic growth."
