Ninad Karpe is the Founder and Partner at 100X.VC, India's first to invest in early-stage
start-ups using iSAFE - India SAFE Notes. The firm has invested in 39 disruptive startups so far
and plans to invest INR 25 Crores across 100 startups in 2021 to unlock the growth potential of
the Indian seed-stage startups.
Karpe has authored a book on business strategies, titled “BOND to BABA”, which has received rave
reviews and has been listed by Amazon in its prestigious list of “Memorable books of 2018”.
Karpe is also a Director of Aptech Ltd. and was the MD & CEO of the company before.
During his seven-year stint as MD & CEO at Aptech, Karpe turned around the company and expanded
its footprint to 42 emerging countries, with its brands Arena and Aptech. He was the Chairman of
Western Region of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) for 2017-18, which is an honorary
position. He previously served at CA Technologies, the world’s fourth largest software vendor,
as Managing Director covering India & SAARC countries, where he was associated with the company
for more than thirteen years, since the inception of its operations in India.
