Anjali Merchant Majithia is the Director for International Markets at Encore Healthcare, India’s
largest pharmaceutical tablet and capsule manufacturing facility under one roof. As the second
generation in this business, she has helped expand Encore Healthcare’s domestic presence and is
now focusing on global growth.
Anjali studied at Babson College, known for its entrepreneurial focus, and earned an MBA from
London Business School. Since college, she has started multiple ventures, ranging from an online
marketplace to wellness clubs in the beauty industry. She has also worked at Bayer in Germany
and Merck in Mumbai, gaining international experience in the pharmaceuticals industry.
At Encore Healthcare, Anjali leads a team focused on international market expansion, building
strategic partnerships, and ensuring the company’s products meet regulatory standards worldwide.
Her efforts have strengthened Encore Healthcare’s global reputation.
