Aditya Kumar is the Co-founder & CEO of Niro. Launched in 2021, Niro is a fintech platform that provides embedded credit solutions to consumer internet platforms like Snapdeal, Housing, Sharechat etc. Under Aditya’s leadership, Niro has successfully disbursed over 300 crores in loans across 200+ Indian cities. In May 2023, Niro closed its Series A funding round, raising $11 million from a consortium of investors. Aditya started his career as an Investment Banker with Lehman Brothers and later founded Qbera in late 2015. Qbera was acquired by InCred Financial Services in 2020 and he headed the personal loans and platform business at InCred up to 2021. With an overall entrepreneurship and financial services experience of 16+ years, he has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Warwick University and a Master's Degree in Investments from Cass Business School.
